The City of Whittlesea seeks to engage experienced and forward-thinking partners to collaborate with us on preparing a Community Infrastructure Implementation Roadmap - a high-impact project that will shape how community infrastructure is planned, funded and delivered across one of Victoria’s fastest-growing municipalities. This is an opportunity to contribute strategic expertise in service planning, infrastructure modelling, financial analysis, asset optimisation and innovative delivery approaches to create a practical, investment-ready roadmap that translates long-term strategy into action.

We are looking to partner with a strong, multidisciplinary consultancy capable of delivering clear, evidence-based and implementation-focused outcomes that ensure the right infrastructure is delivered in the right place, at the right time, for maximum community benefit.
