External Plant Hire – Panel of Suppliers

The Buloke Shire Council is seeking submissions from suitably resourced contractors for the provision of truck, plant and equipment wet hire for council managed road projects.

Successful submissions will be used to establish a preferred panel list for the above services at pre-negotiated rates for a period of three years.

It is important to note that provision of works may not be limited to a single supplier and no guarantees of minimum quantities will be given.

All plant hire rates shall be based on wet hire inclusive of plant, float costs, fuel, operator and regular attachments.

REGISTRATION: Tender documents must be obtained after registration

ENQUIRIES: Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum

SUBMISSIONS: Tenders must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.

Buloke Shire Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Buloke Shire Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to any Tender proposal. Late, verbal, postal, facsimiled or emailed Tenders will not be accepted.
