Supply of Cleaning Services – Corporate Facilities and Public Amenities

Tablelands Regional Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for the supply of cleaning services for corporate facilities and public amenities for up to a 48-month period. Initially a 12-month contract, from 3 May 2026 through to 2 May 2027 with an option to extend for up to three (3) Years at Councils sole discretion, as described in more detail in Part 5 Scope.

Corporate Cleaning Schedule - The schedule is established across five (5) cleaning routes. A Supplier may Tender for one or multiple routes. Each route may be awarded to a separate Supplier, or a Supplier may be awarded more than one route.

Public Amenities Schedule - The schedule is established across four (4) cleaning routes. A Supplier may Tender for one or multiple routes. Each route may be awarded to a separate Supplier, or a Supplier may be awarded more than one route.
