Pinjarra Festival 2026 Market Stall Application 2026

The Pinjarra Festival invites market stall vendors to apply for the upcoming 2026 festival, held on Saturday 30 May and Sunday 31 May 2026 at Edenvale Heritage Precinct, Pinjarra.

Vendor selections will be determined by a panel on a weekly basis; successful market stall operators will be contacted via email by Friday 13 March 2026 or prior if allocation begins to fill.

Non-successful vendors will be notified by Monday 16 March 2026. If you have not received an email by this date, please contact the Events Officer. Non-acceptance is not necessarily a reflection on the quality of a stall. Please note that space is extremely limited and the panel’s decision is final.

The festival aims to provide a broad range of market stall options for our patrons. Applications are assessed by the following criteria, however, are not limited to:

• Stall holders based in the Shire of Murray

• Variety of merchandise. Handmade, artisan items available

• Unique, visually appealing and with a point of difference to other market stall merchandise

• Recyclable/compostable packaging of products

• Efficiency and professionalism of market stall operator/
