Thuringowa Electorate Office Fitout (Townsville)

⁠⁠⁠The Queensland Parliamentary Service is calling for design and construct submissions to complete the fitout of the Thuringowa Electorate Office at 4/2 Kern Brothers Drive, Kirwan QLD 4817.

The fit out includes and is not limited to certified design, demolition and construction of internal partition walls, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, painting, joinery, flooring, glazing, access control & security hardware, final finishes, auto-door installation and relocation of the office furniture, equipment & items.

The briefing session will be held at 12:00 pm on 3rd March 2026 at Tenancy 4, 2 Kern Brothers Drive, Kirwan QLD 4817. Attendance to the site briefing session must be confirmed by 2nd March 2026.
