Learning Experience Platform

⁠⁠⁠The AEC requires a learning experience platform (LXP) to meet a target launch date in May 2026 that must:

1. Be customisable to different audiences for targeted program delivery
2. Interactive and engaging for participants
3. Allow cohort-driven smaller working groups within the program to collaborate on the tasks and reflect on those tasks in a structured way
4. Provide a ‘Leader as Coach’ dashboard and access to learner engagement in real-time and the ability for Coach to post on cohort discussion boards to facilitate more in-depth reflection opportunities
5. Cater for weekly micro-experiences to be assigned and monitored
6. Be able to post articles for reflection and comment by learners
7. Provide analytics of collective and individual participant evaluation
8. Be scalable by multiplying cohorts to deliver the program in a cost-effective manner to all AEC leaders
