Seeking tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced contractors to upgrade outdated accommodation, fixtures, and finishes to provide a new and improved accommodation with increased safety, comfort, and building standards.

Scope

Upgrade the existing accommodation lodges at the Office Of Sport Jindabyne facility, 207 Barry Way, Jindabyne NSW 2627.

The works include the demolition and refurbishment of Snowy and Margin Lodges as specified in the contract documents, and as described in the technical specification and drawings.

Additional details/instructions

Tenderers will be required to be registered under the Builders Practioner Act.

Non-mandatory pre-tender meeting proposed for Thursday, 5th March, 2026. Refer to the Opportunity Requirement for the details.
