Nelson College; Blocks K+O Rationalisation - Demolition Services

On behalf of Nelson College Board of Trustees, we are seeking tender submissions from suitable qualified contractors for the demolition of 2x standalone buildings. The site is located at 67 Waimea Road, Nelson.

The programme for the works will be discussed and agreed with the preferred tenderer. The works are required to be completed in the April 2026 school holidays. Refer to the RFT for more information. Sequencing and decant will need to be agreed with the Principal with this in mind.

The school's preference is for the works to be undertaken as soon as practical, subject to the tender evaluation and contract award process. Please be aware that there is a significant project ongoing replacing various roofs around the site.
