Tender Description
QPRC are seeking a suitably qualified contractor to undertake replacement of existing roof tiles along with all associated work. Work to include general repairs to roof structure, installation of ceiling insulation, replacement of all flashings, removal and replacement of fixtures and fittings and repairs/replacement of external timber work. Painting of external barges and trims as well as sealing of the existing concrete portico. Replacement of all gutters and downpipes is also included in this project.
Summary of works:
- Remove tiles, flashings, valley drains gutters.& downpipes
- Inspect and repair timber roof frame as required.
- Install ceiling insulation.
- Sarking (Existing Battens remain in place)
- Install valley boards and metal trays.
- Install tiles, flashings and make good
- Install gutters & down pipes
- Waterproof concrete portico and chimney caps.
