EOI - Tenterfield Band Hall Upgrades & Repairs

Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced builders to submit expressions of interest for upgrade and repairs works at the Tenterfield Band Hall, located on Crown Street, Tenterfield.

This project aims to enhance the building’s facilities while retaining and reinforcing its heritage character, extending its lifespan, and ensuring it continues to serve as a valued community asset.

Works may include;

• Roof, gutter and external building repairs
• Pier and substructure repairs (if required – subject to further investigation)
• Installation of new galley-style kitchen
• Accessibility upgrades and compliance works (including relevant standards)
• Internal demolition, alterations and reconfiguration
• Window, door and opening repairs
• Flooring repairs or replacement
• Electrical and plumbing works
• Painting of internal and external areas
• Works consistent with the building’s character/heritage

Timeframes will be discussed with interested applicants, and a Request for Quote will be provided as part of the EOI process.
