The Office for Public Sector Employment (OCPSE) is undertaking a procurement to replace and modernise the I Work for SA Jobs Board. OCPSE is seeking a suitably qualified supplier to design, build, test, deliver, and operate the platform to ensure continuity of service, improve user experience, and support workforce attraction across the South Australian Public Sector.
The I Work for SA Jobs Board provides a central point of access for employment and career information within the South Australian Public Sector (SAPS). The platform enables job seekers to search and apply for roles online and to create job alerts aligned to their employment preferences.
The jobs board receives approximately 1.15 million views per month, attracts an average of 5,783 applications, and advertises around 1,241 public sector roles per month. Given the scale of usage and the platform’s role in supporting public sector workforce attraction, OCPSE is seeking to engage the market to assess options for modernisation and service improvement.
