This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) is seeking to engage a supplier to provide Audio Visual (AV) support. The supplier will also provide expert assistance with complex audio visual equipment in ACIC examination rooms.
The successful provider will also be the primary supplier for AV hardware orders throughout the duration of the contract. The provision of hardware will be for resolving incidents or providing enhancements, where required, for existing materials/services and any ad-hoc supply arrangements. Any major new hardware will need to be purchased via a new procurement process (i.e. via the Hardware Marketplace).
The supplier will provide ACIC with access to resources over 12 months, from 27 February 2026 to 26 February 2027 for Brisbane, Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Hobart, Darwin, and Perth, including:
- Adhoc Audio Visual Equipment (including DSPs, Video Encoders, Cameras, Microphones) to support:
- ACIC Corporate Meeting rooms
- ACIC Examination Rooms
- 1-3 hour response time requirement in urgent cases
- Training of ACIC staff members where applicable to maintain an immediate support presence in ACIC Project support
- Provision of hardware to resolve incidents or provide enhancements where required.
The contract will be for 12 months, with two (2) 12 month extension options.
