This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) is seeking to engage a supplier to provide Remote Hands - Technical Support.
The ACIC requires assistance in Data Centers and locations where ICT infrastructure exists in the event of an IT Incident or outage where there are either no ACIC staff available, or no ACIC staff on that city/region.
The ACIC is seeking assistance with:
- Providing ACIC with access to resources for Brisbane, Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Hobart, Darwin and Perth, that can:
- provide remote hands at short notice (with a four hour response rate) during an incident to work with an ACIC engineer on the phone to reset equipment or perform tasks as directed;
- provide remote hands for scheduled facilities management activities such as escorting a repair technician or changing a component. It is expected that utilisation will be infrequent and on a monthly call fee, plus a bucket of hours will be drawn down on an as required and a project coordinator will be established.
The contract will be for 12 months, with two (2) twelve extension options.
