Program and Project Management (PPM)

The purpose of this EOI process is to:

• Articulate the high-level service requirements of the Program and Project Management (PPM) Partnership.
• Provide sufficient information to allow Proponents to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI)
• Enable Hunter Water to identify a shortlist of organisations capable of meeting Hunter Waters requirements to participate in a selective multiple phase procurement process

Hunter Water's preference is to shortlist 3 Proponents to progress to the next procurement phase, subject to having 3 suitable Proponents having met the requirements of steps 1 and 2 of the EOI.

Please note, commercial principals and a performance framework are not assessed during this EOI phase. These considerations will be developed and assessed during the next procurement phase Early Tender Involvement (ETI).
