Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Soil Conservation Service (SCS) seeks to procure one new or used heavy-duty prime mover to establish in-house heavy plant haulage capacity across regional NSW operations.

Project goals

This acquisition will enable SCS to independently transport heavy plant and equipment (e.g., dozers) on public roads, reducing reliance on external contractors while ensuring TfNSW/NHVR compliance and operational safety.

Scope

This Expression of Interest (EOI) seeks submissions from tenderers to supply to the Principal a new or used heavy-duty prime mover, being described in more detail in the Statement of Requirements.
