Review the Commission's external website and deliver a web strategy inclusive of the following:
- Evaluate the existing information architecture to improve navigation, content organisation and user experience
- Assess the functionality, structure and usability of the resource library and Quality Standards Resource Centre to enhance content discoverability and engagement
- Develop a clear and actionable website strategy that defines priorities, governance and long-term direction.
- Ensure the website remains user centric, accessible and aligned with organisational priorities.
