Western Residential Land Development - TSV Campus

James Cook University (JCU) invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to act as Principal Lead Consultant (hereafter referred to as the Contractor) for the planning, coordination and delivery of statutory approvals to enable the redevelopment of land located within the north-western precinct of the JCU Townsville Campus.

The subject land comprises an englobo parcel of approximately 33.4 hectares and is currently undeveloped. The site is affected by a range of physical, environmental and servicing constraints typical of large greenfield developments, including flooding considerations, environmental waterways, existing and proposed infrastructure corridors, servicing interfaces and potential land dedication requirements.
