Mechanical Repairs to BSL Metal and Bath Crucibles

Scope of work

Mechanical repairs to crucibles, which includes sandblasting, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), welding repairs to cracks, lifting lugs to be tested by a certified Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ), transport of crucibles to and from site and to refractory lining Supplier. The workshop must be in Gladstone or Boyne Island due to transport costs and criticality of the timing of repairs.
