IP Australia is seeking an experienced Power Platform and SharePoint specialist responsible for supporting, maintaining and improving workflows, particularly for an Intranet and IP Right manual SharePoint sites. The role will involve working with a team/leading enhancement to existing workflows, creating new automations where required, supporting a Power pages project, and strengthening the team’s capability through knowledge sharing. Alongside the workflows, the role will also support the agency’s intranet, including enhancements, maintenance and advice within SharePoint Online.
This successful candidate will work closely with the broader team to ensure workflows and core platforms remain efficient, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate - Cloud Flows
- Demonstrated capability in SharePoint Online configuration, permissions, content structuring, and automation integration
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve workflow issues quickly and effectively
- Experience delivering new or optimising process automation solutions
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
Desirable skills
- Experience with Power Pages and Dataverse
- Experience with or understanding of Azure services
