WSAC Thermal Plant Electrification - Design

Rural City of Wangaratta (RCoW) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced principal consultant to carry out design services for Thermal Plant Electrification at Wangaratta Sports & Aquatic Centre (WSAC).

WSAC is located within the HP Barr Reserve at 41 Schilling Drive, Wangaratta. WSAC is a Council owned and operated significant health and wellness centre which is well utilised by the community. It is regarded as a sporting and community hub for the town and surrounding region.

RCoW has been successful in securing funding from the Community Energy Upgrade Fund (CEUF). The Australian Government is partnering with local governments to deliver the $100 million fund. The CEUF co-funds energy efficiency and electrification upgrades for local governments to deliver reduced energy bills and emissions from local government owned and/or operated facilities.

Submissions

All responses must be lodged via this online e-Tendering Portal; submissions received via any other means (including hardcopy) will not be accepted, nor considered. Incomplete and late submissions will also not be considered.

Tenderers must allow sufficient time to upload and submit all documentation, as the e-Tendering system will automatically lock at the Closing Date and Time preventing partially submitted responses from being completed.
