Tender Description
The Horowhenua District Council civic building, located at 126 Oxford St, Levin was constructed in 2007. The building's roof is currently leaking in a number of areas and requires remediation. The roof is made up of three types, steel profile, torched on bitumen and direct fixed tile balconies. Equus products have been identified to remediate the torched on bitumen and balconies roofing sections with a nominated subcontractor to carry out minor works including flashing & fixing replacement.
