Council requires a contractor to undertake track preparation at the Springsure Racecourse ahead of the St Patrick’s Day Races on Saturday, 21 March 2026.
Works include supplying a roller, grader, and water truck with operators on Friday, 20 March, and a water truck with operator on race day. Pricing is to be inclusive of all mobilisations, demobilisation, equipment hire, operators, travel, fuel, and associated costs. The contractor must also coordinate access, timing, and operational requirements with event organisers.
