Bayswater Road Extension, Cosgrove

⁠⁠⁠On behalf of our Clients, Parkside Development Pty Ltd and Townsville City Council, we invite tenders for the Supply and Construction of the Bayswater Road extension (including a roundabout and a signalised intersection) and a 375mm Trunk Watermain.

This Tender is being performed generally in accordance with the Local Government Act and Council’s Infrastructure Charge Resolution 2025/26 as the Works are Trunk Infrastructure.
