Local Government Contracts Australia (LGCA) would like to invite suitable suppliers to the following opportunity to be on an Open Spaces, Parks and Gardens Panel, for use by Victorian councils.
The purpose is to establish a panel of an Open Spaces, Parks and Gardens Panel is to enable councils to procure these services via the National Local Government Suppliers Register (NLGSR), administered by LGCA.
We are seeking Open Space service providers across the following subcategories:
- Agricultural chemicals and spraying - supply and spraying
- Agricultural chemicals and spraying - supply only
- Arborist and tree services
- Bush regeneration
- Cemetery Services - Burial, Cremation, Exhumation & Ashes Internment
- Cemetery Services - Grave Digging
- Cemetery Services - Plaques and Memorials
- Fencing - permanent

- Landscaping & Nursery Supply & Services

This approach is designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and efficient procurement process while enabling suppliers to be visible to participating councils predominantly within Victoria but also nationally.

Please note: once suppliers complete the supplier registration form, you will be sent instruction to complete Request to Qualify online documents in full by the close date.
Important Deadline:
The suppliers are required to complete their Request to Qualify (RTQ) via the LGCA portal for the NLGSR in full by 5pm AEDT Friday, 6th March 2026.
Please note: The LGCA's National Local Government Supplier Register (NLGSR) will remain open after this date for future opportunities with other councils nationally, however, we encourage suppliers to complete their RTQ by the deadline to ensure they receive early council opportunities.
