Ramleigh Family & Community Centre Upgrade

The City of Casey invites suitably qualified tenderers to complete the works of Ramleigh's Family & Community Centre Upgrade.

The project will include the following key components:

• Kindergarten Expansion: Design and construction of a fourth room extension, increasing capacity by 33 places.
•  Site Adjustments: Relocation of External Store 3 and the existing water tank to accommodate the new room.
•  Amenity Upgrades: Upgrade of Children's WC2 (Room 3) to support increased enrolment. Modifications to joinery in Children's WC (Rooms 1 & 2), including installation of a new change table and replacement of hand basins with a trough to maintain circulation space when change table stairs are deployed.
• Maternal & Child Health (MCH) Safety Improvements: Installation of a secondary door within consulting rooms to enhance staff safety and provide an additional exit point.
•  General Building Renewal: Repainting of internal areas, Installation of a protective cage around the solar system, Vinyl flooring repairs
•  Reception Area Improvements: Removal of the existing reception desk and installation of a tea point.
•  Signage: Updating of internal and external signage as required.
