Cleaning of Council Buildings

⁠⁠⁠Port Augusta City Council invites tenders from Tenderers for the provision of Cleaning of Council Buildings.

A variety of services are required to ensure that the facilities are maintained in an efficient and coordinated manner.

In the event that during the evaluation process, it is decided by the panel, that in the best interest of Council to separate services, a Contract for Services will be entered into with each of the successful tenderers.

The Tenderer shall provide the Services in accordance with the Specifications.

Briefings

Cleaning of Council Buildings

A briefing session will be held at Arid Lands Botanic Garden Visitors Centre, Stuart Highway, Port Augusta, SA, Australia, 5700 on 10:30 am 16 February 2026.

Notes: Briefing will commence at the Arid Lands Botanic Garden Visitors Centre, before visiting various other sites. Contractor must provide own transport between sites.
