Expression of Interest: Pool and Gym Refurbishment Location: 270 King Street, Melbourne VIC

Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the refurbishment of an existing indoor pool and gym facility located on Level One of a Residential Apartment Complex at 270 King Street, Melbourne.

Scope of Works: The project includes, but is not limited to: Refurbishment and upgrade of swimming pool facilities

•  Gym and fitness area refurbishment
• Associated building, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and finishes works
• Compliance with all relevant Australian Standards, codes, and local authority requirements  must

Expression Of Interest Requirement Contractors demonstrate:

• Proven experience in pool and/or gym refurbishment projects of similar scale:
• Appropriate licences, insurances, and certifications;
• Capacity to deliver works within an operational or constrained urban environment; and
• References for past similar works undertaken
