Arena 1 Oval Big Screen

Palmerston North City Council (PNCC) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to:

• manage the end-to-end delivery of a new 60 m² to 80m² outdoor big screen at the outdoor oval of Arena 1, Central Energy Trust Arena.

• This includes the design and construction of the supporting base and structural frame, supply and installation of the screen and associated electrical and control systems, and commissioning to ensure the screen is fully operational.

• The preferred Supplier will be responsible for coordinating all consents, civil, structural, electrical, and audio-visual components, meeting all applicable building codes and health and safety requirements, and integrating the screen with the venue’s existing infrastructure.

The finished installation must be robust, weather-resilient, safe for use in a public venue, and supported by appropriate warranties, training, and maintenance arrangements.
