Expression of Interest: Café, Bar and Catering at GPAC

Latrobe City Council is inviting Expressions of Interest from hospitality operators to deliver café, bar and catering services at the Gippsland Performing Arts Centre.

GPAC is the cultural heart of Latrobe City, welcoming thousands of visitors each year for performances, events, meetings and community activity. This opportunity is ideal for an operator who sees hospitality as part of the overall visitor experience and who is excited by working within a creative environment.

The EOI is deliberately flexible and outcomes focused. We are seeking proposals that clearly outline service models, operating hours, food and beverage concepts, customer experience and commercial approach, while allowing room for creativity and innovation.

Interested operators can get in touch to discuss front of house and back of house tours to gain insight into the venue, audience flow and operating environment.

Expressions of Interest has a target commencement of Wednesday 1 July 2026.
