This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by Ko Taku Reo Deaf Education New Zealand.

Ko Taku Reo is seeking a long-term ICT strategic partner to deliver fully outsourced core ICT services for a highly distributed, national education and specialist services organisation.

The successful Respondent will provide a centralised service desk, on-site Level 1 support in Auckland and Christchurch, and robust support for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, endpoints, networks, cloud and on prem infrastructure, cyber security, and IT asset lifecycle management, servicing approximately 450 staff nationally.
