Expression of Interest for the Lease of a Commercial Kitchen

The City of Port Phillip Council Requests for the Expression of Interest for the Lease of a Commercial Kitchen, located at the rear of 67-69 Argyle Street, St Kilda VIC 3182.

Councils objectives with respect to this EOI are as follows:

• continued activation of the premises for businesses to scale their food preparation operations;
• obtain an operator with the experience, capability, commitment and sustainable operating model to run a successful Commercial Kitchen; and
• obtain a conforming offer in accordance with the terms and conditions of the proposed lease offered.

The terms and conditions of the proposed lease will include the following;

Those general terms and conditions prescribed in Commercial kitchen part 67-69 Argyle Street CoPP Freehold Lease (from HWLE)- Precedent Non-retail Lease attached.

The Permitted Use.

Term of 3 years, with one further option of 3 years.

3% fixed increases to rent payable to the Council annually.

Lodgement of Registration

The Registration must contain the documents, information and details required by this REOI or be sufficient in substance to enable Council (in its sole discretion) to evaluate the Registration in accordance with this REOI. Council may consider a Registration that does not meet these requirements as being non-compliant and reject the Registration. Expressions of Interest are to be lodged electronically.

Registrations shall be titled/marked Expression of Interest Commercial Kitchen at the rear of 67 Argyle Street, St Kilda VIC 3182.
