Tender Description
The Buyer requires the Seller to provide skilled Specified Personnel on a time and materials basis, as outlined in Attachment A – Rate Card. The Specified Personnel will perform services as directed by the Buyer and may be reassigned at any time to additional or alternative projects or activities outside the scope of the initial assignment.
Remote or flexible working arrangements may be discussed with the Specified Personnel’s manager upon commencement. A Working from Home Agreement will be formalised between the Buyer and Seller where applicable.
The Seller must ensure that Specified Personnel performing the services facilitate an effective transfer of skills and knowledge to the Buyer throughout the term of the work order, enabling full use of services, deliverables, and associated documentation.
