This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The User Experience (UX) Designer will play a key role in supporting the design and delivery of digital solutions that enable the Regulator to meet its objectives. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, the role is responsible for conducting user research, design and prototyping, and monitoring the outcomes of usability and accessibility testing of components of the Digital ID system.
This role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders, technical specialists, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are fit for purpose, user-centred, and aligned with organisational goals.
