Supply of Pool Chemicals, Pool Equipment and Repairs

The City of Melville (City) is seeking to establish a contract with a suitable and experienced contractor for the supply of Pool Chemicals, Pool Cleaning Equipment and Repairs.

The Contract period is for an initial term of three (3) year with two (2) x 24 months option period which will be exercised at the sole discretion of the City.

The City will appoint one Supplier for the supply of store goods under the Contract. Please note the City does not guarantee the amount of work which will be required as part of this Contract.

The contract will include the following services;

• Delivery to LeisureFit Booragoon, 521 Marmion Street, Booragoon, WA 6154
• Reporting on usage.

The City cannot guarantee the amount of work which will be required as part of the contract.

In the event the Supplier is unable to provide the products required under the Contract, the City reserves the right to engage a Supplier outside of the Contract to supply the products.

The City reserves the right to engage a Supplier outside of this Contract for works not specifically covered under this Contract. The City also reserves the right to engage a Supplier outside of this Contract for goods unique to a Supplier.
