This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Shellharbour Hospital is seeking to procure one (1) Cone Beam CT under a Request for Quote (RFQ) with discounting applied via the HealthShare Further Tender Offer (FTO). Further Tender Option related to procurements from the NSW Health contract Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) – CT Contract, HC23_CTE898.
A pre-requisite to submitting responses to this RFQ is that both the vendor and equipment offered must be listed on the above NSW Health Contract and all equipment and maintenance pricing submitted for this RFQ must be based on the NSW Health contract pricing.
