Project goals
This procurement exercise is to secure supply agreements with a qualified panel of suppliers for the provision of custom footwear, MGF, foot orthoses, and modification and repair services.
This panel will promote competition, ensure high-quality products and services, and provide a structured framework for ongoing performance management.
Scope
Scope (Summary) The Supplier is to provide one or more of the following services:
- Custom-made or modifiable foot orthoses designed to support alignment, accommodate deformity, reduce pain, or improve independence
- Modifications to appropriate commercial footwear, based on person-centred needs, excluding unsuitable styles
- Extra depth and width medical grade footwear, with or without modification, for individuals unable to use standard footwear
- Fully custom footwear for individuals with significant clinical needs that cannot be met by prefabricated or modified options
- Modifications and adjustments to extra depth and width medical grade footwear where clinically required
