Community Arts Hub - Millers Acre Building Refurbishment - RFT - 27Jan2026

This RFT is for refurbishment and physical fit-out of the existing Millers Acre building (75 Trafalgar Street) to establish a new Community Arts Hub. The project is a collaboration between Nelson City Council (NCC) and the Arts Development Agency (ADA).

The refurbishment and fit out work area comprises of the ground and part upper floor of the northern building and the upper floor of the southern building and related exterior work.

Suppliers are reminded that all communication is to be via questions submitted , which will be responded to via the Question & Answer facility.
