Tender Description
As part of its 5-year strategy, WorkSafe has identified the need to improve supplier performance management as one of the key actions that supports the organisation’s financial position. To achieve this, a more strategic approach within WorkSafe procurement needs to be enabled by increasing the team’s capacity, introducing stronger contract management practices and developing strategic category plans.
One of the key initiatives that has been identified to support improvements in contract management and team capacity is the implementation of a S2C solution.
