Tender Description
The City of Cockburn (The Principal) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the provision of landscape works, with a primary focus on supply and installation of mulch, and tree planting in road verges, median islands and roundabouts along arterial roads within the Cockburn boundaries, including the implementation of suitable Traffic Management to ensure a safe delivery of works.
The Contract may be awarded to multiple Tenderers who best demonstrate the ability to provide Goods and/or Services required at a competitive price.
Tenderers may apply for one, multiple or all the following services. The eleven (11) separable projects are as follows:
- Project 1: Beeliar Drive stage 1
- Project 2: Beeliar Drive stage 2
- Project 3: Beeliar Drive stage 3
- Project 4: Midgegooroo Drive
- Project 5: Glenbawn Slip Road (off North Lake Road)
- Project 6: Russel Road
- Project 7: Forrest Road
- Project 8: Farrington Road
- Project 9: Wentworth Parade Stage 1
- Project 10: Wentworth Parade Stage 2
- Project 11: Wentworth Parade Stage 3
The Contractor shall submit pricing for each Project they wish to tender for.
The Contractor; under the proposed Contract, will be required to provide all labour, plant, tools and equipment, materials, transportation/cartage, administrative costs, travelling expenses etc. and anything else necessary for the completion of the works/services.
The proposed Contract shall be in place for a period of one (1) year from the date of award; with Principal instigated options to extend the period for a subsequent one (1) year period; the Contract is expected to commence in April 2026.

SPECIAL NOTE:
- Tenderers are required to address all requirements as outlined in the request;
- Please ensure that you fully read and understand the Conditions provided on the Conditions of Participation tab and in ALL documentation provided;
- Failure to comply shall deem your submission non-compliant; and
- Compliance to the Modern Slavery Act 2018 and when requested be able to provide a Modern Slavery Statement as required by the Act
