Confidentiality Deed - Helicopter Marine Personnel Transfer (HMPT)

Port Authority of New South Wales invites interested parties to submit Tenders to Request for Tender (RFT) 2025/63 Helicopter Marine Personnel Transfer services (HMPT).

This RFT is specifically limited to the marine personnel (such as pilots) at Newcastle Harbour.

A Confidentiality Deed Poll will be required to be signed prior to the release of the tender documentation.

Tenderers are to comply with the following three criteria:

1. have proven domestic or international experience in providing marine personnel transfer services that are similar in nature to the services required by Port Authority.

2. provide helicopters and staff that are properly equipped and certified for VFR, IFR and NVIS operations.

3. supply services that meet the relevant approval conditions, as required by Newcastle City Council, the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) and the NSW Environment Protection Authority.

The proposed Term is FOUR (4) years, with options for Port Authority to extend the Term for up to a further two terms of TWO (2) years each.
