Tender Description

This contract is a design and construction contract involving the following:

  • Update current plant room and balance tanks to enable new plant room internal pipework.
  • The external of the pump building will require a repair and façade upgrade, and internal walls may need to be altered to comply with the Building Code of Australia.
  • Structural engineering requirements for new openings, change to roofing and slab and pavement
  • Power supply upgrades to the plant room building
  • Design and construction of new filtration plant and equipment, including refurbishment of current concrete filter cells as well as joining of filter plant reticulation to the newly renovated 50m pool.
