Construction of Car Park Extension, Slip Bight Marina, Paynesville

The location of the works is the Slip Bight Marina Car Park. The proposed works involve both car park and drainage upgrades that commence North of the Paynesville Motor Cruiser Club.

The scope of works of this contract involves but is not limited to the complete reconstruction of road pavements and pedestrian infrastructure to provide additional and more formal car parking infrastructure within Slip Bight Marina.

The works also include an upgrade of existing underground and above ground stormwater infrastructure to future proof the precinct for further upgrades. The works will require stabilisation of the existing subgrade material due to the site formally being a tip, with the design proposing a proprietary geogrid product to bridge over this unsuitable material.

Full design documentation has been provided with a Feature and Level Survey, Underground Utility Investigation, Geotechnical Investigation and Acid Sulphate Soil Investigation.
