STEM Block Roof Replacement at Woodvale Secondary College

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake STEM Block Roof Replacement works at Woodvale Secondary College.

The Work includes but is not limited to the following:

• Removal of existing sheeting, skylights, vents and redundant roof mounted equipment
• New Colourbond sheeting, flashings and purlins
• Insulation
• Rainwater goods
• Installation of compliant roof access systems

Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation.  All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Tender. 

All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.

Works are required to start during Term 1 and completion by end of Term 1. All disruptive works such as crane lift are to be conducted over weekends.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at Woodvale Secondary College, 110 Woodvale Drive, Woodvale on 28 Jan, 2026 1:00 PM.
