Commercial Cleaning Services - Biloela

⁠⁠⁠Banana Shire Council is seeking quotations from a suitably qualified commercial cleaning service to assist with cleaning the Biloela Administration office (62 Valentine Plains Road, Biloela) and Council’s short term staff accommodation centre (Halberstater Close, Biloela). Cleaning services will be required from Tuesday, 27 January 2026 until Friday, 14 February 2026 (with the possibility of extension). The cleaner/s will be required to work alongside Council employed cleaners to conduct routine cleaning schedules at the abovementioned sites.

Site details:

1. Biloela Administration Centre

Monday-Friday, from 4:30pm – 9:30pm alongside Council’s cleaning team, duties will include vacuuming, mopping, cleaning of toilets, tidying kitchens and emptying bins.

2. Biloela Transit Accommodation

Friday, from 12:00pm (timeframes depend on occupancy rates), duties will include vacuuming, changing bed sheets, cleaning bathrooms, mopping, vacuuming etc..

All cleaning equipment, supplies and disposable gloves will be provided by Council. Engaged contractor/s will need to complete a Council induction. Extension of timeframe may be requested by Council.

No high visibility clothing will be required. Closed in shoes are necessary.
