The ROI is for the provision of Internal & External Cleaning for UNSW Student Accommodation Kensington.

All enquiries in relation to this ROI should be directed to the online forum. UNSW staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to this ROI.

SUBMISSIONS:

Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box using the attached version of the Schedule. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. 

Submissions must be FULLY received by the stated Closing Date and Time. UNSW is not bound to accept the lowest priced quote or all or any part of a quote and reserves the right to conduct the RFP process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Late, verbal, faxed, mailed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
