Tender Description
Wellington Shire Council invites suitably quantified Architect/Designer to tender for alterations and improvements to the Wellington Shire Pound facility at Fulham. Works include schematic design options, through to detailed design.
The date for practical completion is 20 May 2026.
All tenderers must register with the Council and obtain the tender documents.
All tender submission must be lodged electronically through the portal no later than 2 pm Wednesday 4 February 2026. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Late or facsimile tenders will not be accepted.
