Tender Description
Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the following:
Works/Services comprise of the following panel arrangement:
- Panel 1 - General Landscape Services
- Panel 2 - Mulching and Under Surfacing Services
- Panel 3 - Supply and Delivery of Landscape Materials
Tenderers can provide a submission for one or more of these services, noting Council reserves the right to award to one or more Contractors.
This procurement seeks value for money alongside measurable social impact—including local employment, inclusive hiring, opportunities for social enterprises and Aboriginal businesses, and fair work practices. The process will be conducted with strict probity, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability.
The initial contract term is four (4) years.
