Colac Airfield Strategy

Colac Otway Shire Council invites quotations from suitably qualified consultants to prepare a new Strategy for the Colac Aerodrome. This work will update the 2014 GHD Business Plan to reflect current compliance, costs, and market conditions, and assess future expansion options and economic viability.

Note for suppliers intending to submit a response.

Allow sufficient time to upload your submission to the etender portal before the close date and time of 2.00pm as large files may take some time to load.

Failure to fully upload your submission by the close time will result in being locked out of the portal.

Late submissions will NOT BE ACCEPTED unless it can be proven that exceptional circumstances prevented the timely upload of your response.
