Development of a Property and Facilities Strategy

Thames-Coromandel District Council is undertaking a comprehensive review of its property, and facilities assets to support the development of a long-term strategy, planning and sustainable investment initiatives, and wishes to appoint a suitably qualified consultant to help undertake this work. This includes reviewing land parcel ownership, condition assessments for buildings, facilities and other assets, management policy updates, and the development of a fit for purpose, suitably qualified and experienced team.

Thames-Coromandel District Council is seeking proposals from suitably qualified consultants or firms to guide the strategic and tactical management, maintenance programmes, and future development plans of council-owned properties and facilities, ensuring alignment with general community and service owner’s needs, support financial sustainability, and assure regulatory compliance.
