Tansey Town Hall Remediation Building Services

⁠⁠⁠Gympie Regional Council (GRC) invites tenders from capable, local-based builders for the Tansey Hall Remediation Project.

Tansey Hall has been identified as structurally unsound following engineering assessments.

This contract delivers the structural remediation works in two stages – including 2 separate Building Certifications – 1 x Portion A, 1 x Portion B

• Separable Portion A: Footings, columns, column bracing, subfloor framing, and slabs

• Separable Portion B: Roof framing, roof bracing, and associated structural works

Asbestos works may be required in this Portion
